How can I place an order?

Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Then proceed to checkout, log in to your customer account (or register), choose your preferred payment method, and confirm the order. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €15.00 applies. Orders of €100 or more qualify for free shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 working days after payment has been received.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

If needed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How can I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days. Please fill out the return form and include it with the item. Return shipping is free if the withdrawal takes place within the legal time frame.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days. Fill out the complaint form and, if possible, include photos of the damaged product. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund. In this case, return shipping is free of charge.
